Directions to Worcester

It's best if you can come into Worcester and meet at Eric's apartment on August 4th at 6:30 pm to leave for the camping trip. He lives on 51 Dover St. in Apartment #1, for those of you who know the city.

Where are the directions?! If you RSVP Eric will send you customized directions to Worcester. As some people may be coming in by bus, car, plane or train (really), it's tough to generate good directions at this time. If you don't want to rely on Eric (a wise move), go ahead and get directions yourself over at MapQuest.

If you need directions to the campground you're probably a hoser who couldn't meet us in Worcester. Okay, then. These directions assume that you're traveling by car to the camground.

  1. Get on 190 North.
  2. Stay on 190 until it becomes 2 West. Merge onto 2 West.
  3. Take exit 24 (?) on Route 140 North.
  4. Continue on 140 until the T-intersection with Route 12. Turn left.
  5. Continue on Route 12 for a couple of miles to the intersection with Route 202. Take 202 North.
  6. Follow 202 North into Jaffrey. Turn left at the intersection with Route 124. (There will be a small pond, a bridge, and main street on your right.)
  7. Stay on 124 for about 4 or 5 miles. Look for the sign for "Monadnock State Park" on your right, and turn onto that street.
  8. Follow this street for 2-3 miles. There will be a sign on the left for the park.
  9. Turn left at the sign and continue to the park!
